There are no real limitations to the traits which ensure leadership efficiency. It is a blend of professionalism, a firm commitment to success and the ability to be a team player. Effective leadership is accomplished through all of these skills, and unlike the old saying, these are not born leaders but individuals who made themselves leaders through sheer hard work and determination.
