Dear Paul,

Thank you for the recent work you have done with me to relieve some of the emotional issues I was experiencing, which were holding me back from living my life to it’s fullest potential. It is such a relief to not have to worry about things that have held me back in the past.

I was most impressed with the way you dealt with me in a caring relaxing, professional environment. You took the time to get to the root of the problem. Your manner was gentle and non-judgemental.

The time line therapy and Hypnotherapy has helped me enormously to disengage myself from issues that have happened in the past, that were still having a hold over me in the present. It has helped me to move on with my life as it is in the present. It has made a huge difference in my life.I do not worry about the little things any longer. I do not get as emotional as much as I used to. Of course I still have issues to work on, but they do not seem such an enormous ordeal any longer.

I am learning to love and accept all of myself. The good and the not so good.

Since our last session I have been in a really good place. I have been happier, more relaxed and have notice I am attracting more fun into my life. I have so much more energy and feel more confident. My stiffness in my back has improved since our Bowen/Reiki session.

I walked in stiff, and floated out feeling very relaxed, balanced and full of energy. It is very hard to express in words how I feel. It is something you have to experience.

Thank you again,

Eileen Curd

Dear Paul

In reference to our Breakthrough Session on June 3, I want to thank you for the brilliant work you did. I am still shaking my head in surprise by how easy it was to let go of issues and beliefs that had been hanging around for so long.

I was most impressed by your professionalism, generosity and respect. I have been in coaching and training for nearly 14 years, have worked with some of the best coaches in the world, yet you were able to reach into areas they never could, and resolve issues faster than ever, leaving me wondering what all the fuss was about!

Since our work together, I notice a new freedom and power, with a clarity and opening for swift action that I haven’t experience in a very long time. I am much more efficient with my time, able to think laterally and cleanly.

While the work we did centered on business success, I’ve noticed an impact on my personal life. Today we went ice-skating, which I hadn’t done in 20 years. The last time I went, I remember the fear and nervousness as I stumbled around the rink. But, today when I stepped onto the ice, it was if I had been training all my life. I skated forward and backward, without fear, with ease and had a fantastic time!

My recommendation to anyone thinking about working with you is to not think – just do! I would be happy to speak to anyone on your behalf and recommend you without hesitation.

Many thanks again for making such a profound difference to my work and life.

Best regards

Lisa Rubinstein

Case Study – Dan the Engineer

I was approached by Dan in 2004 while travelling in Asia; he had been successfully working as an expatriate for a number of years, but over the last 6 months had been finding it difficult to focus and struggling as to what was the next step he should take.

This was impacting his performance at work and he was finding his personal life was also suffering as he was worrying about his job security. He was at a cross road not just in his job, but also in his personal life and he did not see or realise this situation.

Staying in Asia for work meant that he had to make some fundamental changes to a number of core values that he had in regards to his personal goals. What he thought were his challenges and opportunities had changed and he was lost as to what was important to him and gave him value and enjoyment in both his professional and personal life.

Here’s what Dan and I did….

I took Dan through my Four (4) Phases of Clarity process. It didn’t take him long to realise that he was stuck in a rut, as we say stuck in “No Man’s Land” not wanting to let go of the old and accept what he had created for himself in a new country. The first step helped him work through the facts rather than his perception of what he had achieved and that he needed to have new challenges to continue grow while moving forward. Working through the four (4) phases the picture fell into place and what he needed to do was clear.

He now has:

  • A new job with more responsibility and more money (a lot more!)
  • Not only found someone to share his life with,he is now married and also started a family
  • Bought a house
  • Travels regularly on holiday with his family
  • A long term plan for his future

The most rewarding of all is to see how happy he and his family are and that continued success is possible by having clarity and achieving his biggest challenge. He has achieved the happiness (Peace), freedom (Power) and rewards (Productivity) that he wanted.

Case Study – Andy the Supply Guy

It is always seems to be an irony that the ones who appear to have everything are usually the ones who don’t know what they want and where they’re going.

This was the case with Andy who I meet only a few years ago and was struggling to understand what he really wanted in his professional life, and later I found was not sure whether he was ready to commit to a longer term relationship with his girlfriend.

He appeared to be enjoying what he was doing on the surface; he had a good and important role with a International company and was well like. But he was confused about what was the next step he should take and of course where this would lead in the longer term. Andy had the necessary qualifications and capability to progress to a very senior level in any organization and had a caring and gentle nature.

His problem was that he had achieved what he thought were his long term goals earlier than he had expected. He was now stuck in one spot, because he didn’t know what he wanted. Life is about constant change and learning and if you stand still for too long, you will get run over and this is what happened to Andy.

The first step was getting Andy to realise this point and that he needed to reset his goals both short and long term. We worked through the three question of Where, What and Why and prepared a roadmap of the key successes he wanted to achieve both professionally and personally. These two elements are always linked and need to both complement and support each other. This is a mistake commonly made and why people still find that they are not happy in what they are doing at home and/or at work.

Where is he now?

He has just come back from working overseas for 3 years at a senior level for several multinational companies
He now has someone special in his life and even recently got married
He is now looking to settle down and start a family
He also has a new role in a large organization back in his home country
He is happy because he has a direction and meaning in his life

Andy keeps in contact and has great joy in sharing with me the changes in his life and to talk about his plans for the future, you guessed it we go over Where, What and Why! He now has the power to achieve what he deserves.

Case Study – Jan the Salesman

When I met Jan he was in a difficult place in his life, both personally and professionally. He had been having increasingly more severe arguments

with his father about his lifestyle and friends he was associating with.

This of course flowed over into other areas of his life. Work was not going well, with constant disagreements and tension with his work colleagues.

He felt that everybody was against him and was very angry and unhappy about everything in life. To get away from this he turned to other outlets, which so many people do these days which in the end affected his health and only made things worse.

I worked with Jan going through Secret Steps #1 and #2, which provided the framework for him to understand what his real challengers were and where he wanted to go and achieve.

However the real breakthrough came as we went through Secret Step #3. Up to this stage Jan had been blaming everybody else for his problems. Having to put together a plan with the steps needed to work through and conquer his biggest challenges made him realise that the results (issues) he was having were due to his behaviour and attitudes.

As it was his plan and no one else’s, he was passionately committed to finishing what he started; he had found his purpose and priority for what matter to him.

Jan is now:

  • Reconciled with his father and catching up on lost time
  • He has a new job and has even been promoted several times, with of course more money
  • He is now looking after his health and is exercising regularly
  • He now has a steady relationship with a partner

Jan now has the peace and joy that he always wanted, the power to control his life and the knowledge on how to achieve what he wants easily by being productive in what ever he does by not wasting time.

Best of all he is enjoying life and sees that he has a future; he is a real inspiration to anybody who is looking to conquer their biggest challenge.
